The range splits cleanly into two families, and choosing between them is the first decision.
The OP series is the traditional side. These are 36 and 42-inch outdoor fireboxes supplied with the Wildwood log set, giving the look of a masonry fireplace with a conventional log fire. They run on Harmony burners with a choice of millivolt or intermittent pilot ignition, and are offered in both natural gas and propane. Within the series, the FP models are complete outdoor gas fireplaces while the FB2MF models are fireboxes intended to be built into a surround you finish yourself.
The OLL series is the contemporary side. These are ventless linear and see-through fireplaces in 48 and 60-inch widths, built around glass media rather than logs, with a choice of bronze reflective, copper reflective, clear frost, black polished, or clear blue crushed glass. They use battery-powered spark ignition, which means no electrician and no circuit run out to the patio, and include multicolor LED lighting for evenings when you want the look without much heat. The see-through models carry glass on both faces, so the fire is visible from two sides — useful for a fireplace that sits between a seating area and a walkway.
